Windsurfing Events

Velauno has reactivated slalom racing and events will happen frequently during the summer. This racing series is all about fun. Come race with the gear you have, from World Cup slalom rigs to easy freeride kits, everything works and everything is capable of winning. But winning is not the main thing. Ripping around the course is and the pics are there to prove how much fun we are having.

... Puerto Rico has some of the best conditions for windsurfing?

The consistent 12-20 knot tradewinds, beautiful clear water and spectacular beaches make for some truly outstanding windsurfing conditions. So good in fact that Puerto Rico has hosted several Professional Windsurfing Association events in the past along with bunch of smaller international events. Hey is not bad for kiteboarding, surfing and paddleboarding either!
